We want you to love your Dewé Hair brush. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Damaged or Defective Items If your brush arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the original.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
